- Surgical Tools: Product images and descriptions for clinical instruments are for representational purposes. We ensure all tools meet professional medical standards.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in LKR (or USD where applicable) and are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through PayHere. The SLOS does not store or have access to your full credit/debit card details.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., due to stock unavailability or suspected unauthorized use of professional credentials).
- Authorization: By completing a transaction, you authorize the SLOS to charge the total amount for the selected tickets or tools to your chosen payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Surgical Tools: We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery of clinical instruments within Sri Lanka. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by district.
- Conference Tickets: Upon successful payment, a digital confirmation/e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address. Please present this at the event registration desk.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including the SLOS logo, scientific abstracts, and graphics, is the property of the Sri Lanka Orthodontic Society and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
